CATT Researchers Won 2008 UMD GRID Award

CATT Lab's graduate research assistants Michael VanDaniker and Darya Filippova supervised by Michael Pack were among the 2008 UMD GRID award winners. They presented their individual research in poster sessions, gave 5-7 minute long presentations, and were judged by a committee of inter-disciplinary at the 2008 Graduate Research Interaction Day exhibition/competition.

Michael VanDaniker's research came in 1st place, and Darya Filippova's research came in 3rd place in the "Smart Computers and Computer Science" category and they were presented with a cash award.
