Dr. Bilal Ayyub Honored With The ASNE President’s Award

Dr. Bilal M. Ayyub, Professor and Director of the Center for Technology and Systems Management, received the American Society of Naval Engineers President’ Award for his service as the Naval Engineers Journal Committee Chairman from 2000 to 2005.
