Dr. Aydilek receives the Collingwood prize


Dr. Aydilek has been selected as the 2006 recipient of the ASCE Collingwood Prize for his article titled “Constriction Size of Geotextile Filters” published in ASCE Journal of Geotechnical and Geoenvironmental Engineering. The Collingwood Prize is a national-level publication award across all civil engineering disciplines and is given annually since 1894 to one junior member of the profession. The citation for this prize especially noted the unique contribution of the research study to civil engineering knowledge.
